End of Year Collection - Media/DLC Process
- ALL devices (Chromebooks/Nooks/Fire Tablets) will be taken up as soon as the testing ends per classroom and returned to the MEDIA/LEARNING COMMONS.
- Please make sure teachers are aware of this for all planning purposes as soon as possible.
- All teachers should bring their chromebook/tablet cart to the Media Center/Learning Commons with the Technology Cart Check in Form completed and SIGNED (GOLDEN ROD PAPER FOR CHROMEBOOKS)
- Media/DLC will review the form and go through the cart with the teacher to verify number of devices, cords, etc. are present. Media will sign off on the Technology Cart Check in Form.
- Media will check (scan) devices back into DESTINY RESOURCE MANAGER.
- Technicians will use EACH Technology Cart Check in Form to enter in ALL work tickets into Spiceworks by Friday, June 17, 2021.
- Technicians will complete work orders as assigned below.
- Any staff member that needs to keep a device over the summer to work on summer camps/planning will need to fill out a summer check out form that will be signed by the teacher and principal. See below for Summer Check-Out Form. (BLUE FORM).
- Media will enter in the name of each staff member who has a summer agreement and device on this SPREADSHEET. DO NOT GIVE DEVICE BACK without form. Keep forms at your assigned school.
- Media - when collecting iPads, they ALL must be turned in, with passcodes removed and iCloud signed out. Each staff used device must be reset to factory settings. Need Help, click HERE.

What if an item will not scan into Destiny when returned?
Contact Cristy Naccarato to create a record for the item or to request a barcode if missing/needed.
